Is taste a curse??

Well is it? I'm beginning to think it is, in fact I'm sitting here writing this and getting more and more frustrated. I run an online gift/hamper store and produce what we feel are fantastic, unique, very reasonably priced gifts. If fact we think our designs are some of the most inspiring on the net. Why then does (x) company around the corner, who producers the most average, uninspiring, tasteless gifts you have ever seen, appear to have them racing out the door. Do shoppers out there really have no taste?? I can't believe it. For roughly the same price, shoppers on line could have one of our spectacularly customised gifts, as opposed to our competitors mundane, typical gift baskets. Why do they not choose our gifts. Is the fact that they simply are not finding us on the net. Please help!!!!!!!!

We really don't understand it. We come up with fabulous gift concepts every week
and package them beautifully, why then are we not getting the same sales as apparently our friend around the corner is. We have an excellent client retainer record, almost all of our clients return for more so what or where are we going wrong.

We know we have a fantastic product.....Is is that people just don't want tasteful
gifts and would rather a basket filled with junk. I can't believe this.

Any ideas welcome......take a browse and see what you think...........
IS TASTE A CURSE - OR NOT!

The entire concept of Gift Services is to provide a service....what level of service Gift Companies adhere to is the point of difference. Of course the Products being sold should be of utmost quality and design, however I feel a Gift Service should provide not only wonderful products, but be totally open to suggestions and ideas from clients. At the other end of that scale, a professional Gift Service should provide ideas and Gift choices to clients that they probably would not have thought of themselves. Out with the ordinary In with Extraordinary!!!!!
